COMPANY HISTORY
The principals and many of the managers of Diversified Association Management, Inc. have been managing common interest developments since 1984. Originally, the company was called Management and Business Services and was located in Costa Mesa, CA.
In 1997, the company moved to its present location in Tustin, CA and expanded its name to Diversified Real Property Management and Business Services, Inc., managing both common interest developments and investment income property.
In 2008, the company separated the management functions into two separate companies, each with their own personnel.
Diversified Association Management, Inc. is exclusively involved in the management of over 65 separate common interest developments in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Diversified Association Management, Inc. has three offices in Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties. The Orange County office is located in Old Town Tustin and also includes the accounting department. The Inland Empire office is located in Norco, CA and the LA office is located in Culver City, CA.
Diversified Association Management, Inc. also provides on-site staff for a large Marine Association in Newport Beach, CA and a Recreational Vehicle Owners Association in Corona, CA.
