Orange County - Dennis Paquette

Dennis Paquette is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Diversified Association Management, Inc. Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Real Estate in 1975. He has been managing income property and common interest developments since 1980 and holds an active, unrestricted Real Estate Brokers license issued through the California State Department of Real Estate, License #00528201. Mr. Paquette is also licensed as a General Contractor - License #704615.

Dennis Paquette holds a Certified Community Association Manager designation issued by the California Association of Community Managers. He is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through the National Association of Realtors. 

Mr. Paquette has been married for 25 years and has one son. He enjoys traveling with his family and hunting with his Llewellin Setter, Chip.

Orange County – Robert Marshall

Bob Marshall is the Vice-President and Chief Executive Officer of Diversified Association Management, Inc. Originally from the San Francisco area, he and his wife relocated to Southern California in 1974. Bob retired from North American Philips in 1994 after 28 years of service in Customer Relations, Service/Parts and finally as the Western Area Distribution and Facilities Manager.

In 1994 Bob joined Diversified, bringing to the firm his years of experience in customer service, building construction and maintenance, logistics and personnel. He has an unrestricted Real Estate Brokers License #01168825 issued by the California Department of Real Estate.

Bob has been married for 44 years and has two children and two granddaughters. Bob enjoys playing and composing music in his spare time.

Orange County – Rogie Arellano

Rogie Arellano brings 23 years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate Sales to Diversified Association Management, Inc. He is a portfolio manager responsible for all aspects of Association management for the accounts assigned to him. Mr. Arellano holds an unrestricted Real Estate Salesman’s license issued through the California Department of Real Estate, License #01139566.

Rogie has been happily married for 24 years and has four children. He is the proud father of one son serving in the US Army National Guard. His children are very active in sports including baseball, soccer, basketball and softball.

Orange County - Alec Robbie

Alec Robbie has a background clinical psychology, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1979 and a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology in 1982. He was in private practice from 1985 to 1999.

Mr. Robbie holds an unrestricted Real Estate Salesman’s license issued through the California Department of Real Estate, License #01256476. He enjoys managing common interest developments, especially working with homeowners and Boards of Directors on the myriad of issues facing associations.

Alec has been married for 22 years and has two children.

Orange County - Roger Hatlen

I February 1984, Roger managed his first Homeowner Association. Since then he has worked with Small and large Homeowner Associations both Single story and High-Rise, with Boat Docks, with Full recreational Centers, and with combined Business & Residential Association Facilities.

Roger has a Real Estate License and is a member of IREM ( Institute of Real Estate Management). Roger holds a CMCA designation through the Community Associations Institute.

Roger has experience in Personnel Management, Marketing, Re-construction & Renovation as well as Mediation & Arbitration and that has served him well in successfully helping many Associations get thru the difficulties they face each year.

Orange County - Yvonne Avila

Yvonne Avila has managed a portfolio of Associations in the Orange County area for 19 years. She brings years of experience in managing both large and small common interest developments. She has three children and enjoys sewing, writing music and singing in her spare time.

Orange County - Juli Flibbert

Juli Flibbert has over 14 years experience working in Real Estate and property management. Ms. Flibbert holds an unrestricted Real Estate license issued through the California Department of Real Estate, License #01304552.

Juli enjoys managing Common Interest developments. She especially enjoys working with the Board members and homeowners, making these communities the best they can be.

Orange County - Julie Kiktavi

Julie Kiktavi heads up our Escrow Department and handles all Escrow related inquires. She previously worked as an Escrow Assistant for an outside escrow company, and thoroughly enjoys the fast pace activity that Escrows bring. She is happily married and is looking forward to the many possibilities that Diversified Property Management provides to all its customers!

Tustin - Accounting - Tamera Davis

As Director of Accounting, Tamera Davis is responsible for accounting management and financial reporting for all Diversified's managed communities. Davis brings over 26 years' experience in financial reporting, real estate development, asset management and real property management.

She began her career with managing accounting and financial reporting, specializing in forward planning and management of master planned, single family home/ condominiums, active adult communities as well as rental property management. She spent the following years in commercial development and professional community association management, managing and overseeing company financial operations and financial reporting.

Davis earned her Bachelor's degree from California State University Long Beach and is a member of NACPB, CACM, IREM, and National Notary. She holds a California Real Estate Sales License and is currently working on her Real Estate Broker's License.

As a Financials Accounting Representative, Heather brings over 18 years of accounting experience. She is diverse in all accounting aspects. Her detail to general ledger, receivables, payables, customer care and association set-up makes her a valuable asset. Heather is always available to help each Homeowner in resolving a problem with their account.

Tustin - Accounting – Albert Navallo

Albert Navallo graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting in 1969 from Ateneo De Davao University in the Philippines.   Until 1998, Mr. Navallo worked for the Bank of the Philippine Islands – Tagum in all areas of accounting and eventually became the assistant manager. Mr. Navallo also owned and operated his own accounting/auditing office and taught accounting at a local college.

In 1998, Mr. Navallo immigrated to America and also worked in accounting and auditing for several companies including PJ Property Management.   He has been with Diversified since 2005 and works with payables, financial statements and journal entries with selected Associations.

Albert has been married for 44 years and has four children.

Inland Empire -Susan DeLara

Susan De Lara comes to Diversified Association Management with over 20 years of Community Management.  Twelve of these have been with Homeowner Associations.  Susan became a Certified Mediator in Upstate New York and continues to apply these principals in working with residents.    Susan brings a smile and a positive attitude to the Board meeting.  Working as a member of the team with the Board she helps find working solutions to the everyday problems that Boards face in these economically challenged times.   Susan has completed all the course work for a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) and is awaiting the final certification.

She enjoys exploring the many different facets of California with her husband.  The rest of the time she Skype’s with her grandson on the east coast.

Newport Beach – Paul Kotas

Paul Kotas has over 22 years of experience in association and property management and seven years of accounting experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from CSUN and attended grad school at USC toward an MBA.   Paul is the on-site manager for the Newport Beach office and oversees three full time employees and a budget in excess of $1,000,000.

Paul holds an unrestricted Real Estate Broker’s license issued by the California Department of Real Estate (license #00460262 ) and is licensed in Arizona as well.

Mr. Kotas is married and has two grown children. Paul and his wife, Laurie, started Kristie’s Foundation, Inc. in 2003 to help terminally ill children and their families and spends much of his spare time working on this program.
