Diversified Vendor Compliance Program

As I hope you know, we consider your company a valued part of our team as we provide service to our Association clients.

As you are also aware, an important part of our responsibility to each of our Association clients is to track the insurance status of all vendors who provide service for the Associations we manage. The administration effort it takes to perform that task for 60 plus Associations is substantial. We therefore explored possible avenues that could allow us to fulfill this important function and enhance our relationship with both our clients and you as an important team member.

The end result of that consideration is that Diversified has entered into an agreement with Association Services Network (ASN) which will provide the administrative support we believe is needed in continuing to fulfill our role as the managing agent for each of our clients. For you this means that we are requesting your participation in the Diversified Vendor Compliance Program. All vendors who provide services to our Association Clients will be required to participate.
